Hello there I have almost taken the decision to look fora math tutor , because I've been having a lot of problems with math homework recently . each time when I come home from school I spend all the afternoon with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the incorrect answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's so expensive , and who knows, maybe it's not even so helpful. Does anyone know anything about solving slope and y intercept that can help me? Or maybe some explanations regarding adding fractions, equivalent fractions or roots? Any suggestions will be valued.

I have been in your situation some time agowhen I was studying solving slope and y intercept. What part of linear inequalities and factoring expressions poses more difficulties? Because I think that what you really need is a good program to help you figure out the basic concepts and methods of solving the exercises. Did you ever try a program like that? I have tried several of those but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to solve, it doesn't just give you the solutions.

Thanks for the tip . Algebrator is truly a extremely helpful algebra software. I was able to get answers to difficulties I had about factoring polynomials, function domain and least common denominator. You simply type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the explanation you need. You can use it for any number of algebra things, like Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. I am really happy with Algebrator.

I remember having often faced difficulties with syntehtic division, scientific notation and algebra formulas. A really great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Pre Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.
