Guys , I am in need of assistance on evaluating formulas, syntehtic division, yintercept and subtracting exponents. Since I am a newbie to Intermediate algebra, I really want to understand the basics of Algebra 2 completely. Can anyone suggest the best resource with which I can start reading the basics? I have a midterm next week.

I have a way out for you and trust me it’s even better than purchasing a new textbook. Try Algebrator, it covers a rather elaborate list of mathematical topics and is highly recommended. With it you can solve various types of problems and it’ll also address all your enquiries as to how it came up with a particular solution . I tried it when I was having difficulty solving problems based on best algebra books 2008 and I really enjoyed using it.

Hi , just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar scenario . I had even considered the option of leaving math and taking up some other subject. A colleague of mine told me to give one last try and gave me a copy of Algebrator. I was at ease with it within an hour. My ranks have really improved within the last year .

I would advise trying out Algebrator. It not only helps you with your math problems, but also displays all the required steps in detail so that you can enhance the understanding of the subject.
