I have a test tomorrow afternoon. But I’m stuck with questions based on calculating statics question with method of substitution. I’m having problems understanding percentages and inequalities because I just can’t seem to figure out a way to crack problems based on them. I called my friends and I tried on the internet, but none of those activities helped. I’m still trying but the time is running out and I can’t seem to get a hang of it. Can somebody please help me ? I really need some help from you guys for tomorrows assignment. Please do reply.

tutors are no better than taking your daily classes. If you have a problem , you need to makes an effort to get rid of it. I would not suggest tutoring, but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your problem concerning calculating statics question with method of substitution to a large extent.
