Hello guys I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to get the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with least common demoninators rational expressions. Could somebody out there please lend a hand with evaluating formulas, distance of points and factoring polynomials. I can’t afford to get a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of getting better with topics like parallel lines or adding matrices effectively, please reply to my post Thanks

Student can’t seem to think of anything beyond extra classes . Why don’t you try something yourself? There are numerous resources for least common demoninators rational expressions which are a lot better than tutoring. Try Algebrator, and you will never need a tuition .

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .

I remember having often faced problems with graphing inequalities, distance of points and function composition. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 2, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I greatly recommend the program.
