Hi! We just started doing a new topic in algebra about the difference between hyperbola and parabola and I did good for most assignments we got but the latest one my teacher gave confusing so I'd appreciate if someone will assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving assignment my algebra professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried solving it but still can’t get it right. I just can’t finish it easily unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble doing my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of function definition just gives me a hard time just knowing how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if somebody help me in showing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.

If you don’t know anything about this great piece of program yet, let me give you an idea about this software. This is a program that helps you to answer algebra problems and at the same time you could learn from it because it displays a step-by-step procedure of solving the problem. It helped me in my problems in math and my marks significantly improved since I used this. Be reminded that it does not only show the answer but it helps you learn how to solve the problem that makes it very educational.
