ti-83 calculator instruction in fraction

Hi Friends . Ever since I have encountered ti-83 calculator instruction in fraction at college I never seem to be able to get through it well. I am very good at all the other sections , but this particular section seems to be my weakness . Can some one aid me in understanding it easily ?

The attitude you’ve adopted towards the ti-83 calculator instruction in fraction is not the a good one. I do understand that one can’t really think of anything else in such a situation. Yeah man Algebrator it’s the best math program I’ve ever tried!. It really helped me with one evaluating formulas homework.
