Thanks for the detailed instructions, this sounds awesome. I wished for something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a program which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can really explain me how the exercise needs to be solved. That way I can understand it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the answers . Where can I find the program ?

I remember having difficulties with conversion of units, fractional exponents and evaluating formulas. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Basic Math, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
